Indexable Thread Milling Cutter Bodies and Inserts made with high quailty sub micron wear resistant carbide for helical interpolation forming of precision threads.

Suitable for a wide range of materials up to 62HRC including plain carbon, alloy and die steel, stainless, titanium alloys and cast iron. Can also be used for aluminium and copper alloys.

Excellent tool life with high surface finish, availalbe in ISO Metric, UN Unified, Whitworth, NPT National Pipe Thread, BSPT British Standard Pipe Taper.

Most Inserts are double sided with the exception of taper pipe threads and can cut left and right hand threads with the same insert, thread can be produced in one pass, thread to one pitch of the thread in blind hole, works well on low power machines.
