Suitable for Steel, Stainless Steel, High Temperature Alloys, Titanium Alloys, Aluminium, Copper and Copper Alloys, Cast Iron and Hardened Steel up to 55HRC.

Can be used to cut other threads with the same pitch.

Recommended Speeds and Feeds - Or use software or online calculator for general thread milling and match the tool type.

In the case of persistent tool breakage increase the number of passes or try mini or single tooth cutters.

Entry feed can be ignored for aluminium non-ferrous metals and plastics.

Using more passes will increase machining time but will create smaller chips so recutting chips may be less problematic.
